Terms

Short, because there is little to arrange: we hold nothing of yours.

What Due is

An interface to public contracts on Robinhood Chain. You connect your own wallet and sign your own transactions. We never send a transaction on your behalf.

What Due is not

Not a custodian, not a broker, not an investment adviser and not the issuer of the tokens listed here. A token referring to a creator says nothing about that creator: there is no approval and no partnership unless that creator says so themselves.

Fees

For a launch through our contracts you pay the pons launch fee plus our own fee, and that one is capped in the bytecode. Separately, a fixed share of each creator fee is taken as it arrives in the vault and put back into the token as rev share. That rate is immutable, capped at 20% in the bytecode, and applies only to money arriving. Anything already credited to a creator is beyond our reach.

Verification

When you claim a username we check whether a code is on your public profile and sign a statement about it. That statement is short lived and applies only to the wallet named in it. We cannot move a balance, not even after verification.

Risk

The contracts are unaudited. Trading these tokens can cost you everything you put in. The value of a creator vault depends entirely on trading volume that we neither influence nor guarantee. Only use Due if you understand that.

Liability

Due is provided as is. We are not liable for losses from price movements, bugs in third party contracts, an RPC going down, or an address typed incorrectly. We are responsible for what we sign ourselves, and that has deliberately been kept as small as possible.

Something wrong

Seeing a wrong binding, or a profile that should not be here? Let us know. We cannot take a token off the chain, but we can change what this site says about it.
